Acqua Di Gio Profumo

At STYLOPIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges only in accordance with the conditions mentioned below.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product.
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received an incorrect size due to an error from STYLOPIX.

For eligible cases caused by an error on our part, we will provide a return or exchange as applicable under this policy.

2. Opening Video Is Mandatory

A clear parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory for every return or exchange request.

The video must:

• Be recorded while opening the parcel for the first time.
• Clearly show the package and its condition before opening.
• Clearly show the complete unboxing process.
• Show the product received and any issue with the product.

Return or exchange requests submitted without a valid parcel-opening video will not be accepted.

This requirement applies to all return and exchange requests.

3. Size-Related Exchanges

If you receive the correct product and the correct size that you ordered, but the size does not fit you, an exchange may be allowed.

However, in such cases:

• The customer must arrange the return shipment.
• The customer must pay the return shipping/courier charges.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging should be retained.
• A valid parcel-opening video is required.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking the product details and size information before placing an order.

If STYLOPIX has delivered the correct product and correct size as ordered, but the customer later finds that the size does not fit, the customer will be responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.

5. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
• Include the original packaging, where applicable.
• Be accompanied by the required parcel-opening video.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
